Show COMMISSIONERS- Niyocioes Accept Recommendations o! Republican Committee OTTO JEN80N APPOINTED FRUIT TREE INSPECTOR. Deputy Field Assessors Named for Various Districts. The contest for tho positions of county physician for the three districts dis-tricts ot the county, terminated last Saturday afternoon when the bonrd of commissioners named Dr. F. E. Clark for the central district, Dr. II. A. Adamson for tho northern district, nnd Dr. P. A. Merrill for the southern district. These were tho men recommended recom-mended by tho Ropubllcun County Central committee, nnd they wero not opposed by Commissioner CronqulBt, although ho expressed his general dls-J npprovul of nppolntlng physicians on the policy that they get tho support of ' a party organization. Ho felt that' tho men wero god ones and desorv-1 ed the positions to which they aspired. I The other commissioners expressed thoniBelvcs as being of tho samo mind. So the contest was nmicubly do-' elded. Commissioner Melkle placed In nomination no-mination Dr. It. J. Smith of Logan for tho centaal district; but ns the other two commissioners were for Dr. Clark the appointment of tho latter was iqaile unanimous. , Field Men Named. Hsostsnr F. T.
