Show The Court Calendar. But a Few Cases Passed on at the Present Time. Woik was begun on the couit calender calen-der Tuesday, but not a gieatdcalof piogiess was made. The cases against II. 11. C.utei, cm-bc7lctncnt, cm-bc7lctncnt, was set for February 2nd. The case against Egau, the Richmond Rich-mond man who did some chopping on another nian,s face, comes up on Feb. 2nd also. Ilowland, Armsliong & Co. vs. Met-till Met-till & Crockett, Jan. 2!th at 10 a. m. D. H. Fish & Co. vs. Meirill & Crockett, Jan 20th, 2 p. m. The ai ralgnmcnt of Ilobson, charged charg-ed with murder, and Davis, with forgery, will be made on Feb. 2nd. The setting of all other cases on the calendar lias been postponed until next Tuesday. |
