Tho plaintiff Is striving to gain title to a homestead alleged to be a gift to the defendant upon the day of her marriage to F. W. Karrcn. Young Robt. Mc Daniel was sent to the Reform School, by order of Judge Hart, on the charge of being Incorrigible Incor-rigible and vicious. The lad was to have gone to a farm In Benson some weeks ago but he failed to do so and has since fallen into so many bad scrapes that the School seems to bo his only place for him. Suit for divorce was tiled Thursday by Mary Krans against Julius Krans. The plaintiff alleges entity, unfaithfulness, unfaith-fulness, desertion, failure lo provide and many other causes are stated why she should have the prhelege of not being be-ing bound by law to the man any longer. long-er. She asks that the custody of nine children, the issue of her marriage witli Mr. Krans, be given her. Up to date the number of marriage certiticatcs issued this year at the county clerk's olllce is below that of last j ear. On the 13th the 100th license was handed out.
