Show from Outside Towns Richmond Ripples. Leo Squires was a Richmond visitor last week. Mrs. Tarley Monson presented her husband with a fine boy Monday morning. morn-ing. Tho sisters of the Relief Society gavo a pleasant surprise to Mrs. M. J. Doty last week. The "Homo Dramatic Co." is rehearsing re-hearsing a new play which 111 be put on next Friday. A few of Mrs. Hattlc Chrlstcnscn's friends gave her a very pleasant surprise sur-prise the other evening. County Supt. G. M. Thompson visited visit-ed tho Richmond schools Thursday and Friday of this week. James W. Funk went to Salt Lake Monday to make arrangements for opening up business for the new Co-op. Mr. Geo. Fames lias rented W. J. Harrison's home for tho coming season, sea-son, Mr. Hairlson having moved to Logan to take up his position as deputy dep-uty county clerk. Mr. 0. Z. Harris has moved Into his beautiful new home. It has taken several months to complete this new home, but now that it Is finished it Is one of the finest In Cache county. Mr. and Mis. W. C. Lew Is celebrated celebrat-ed their golden wedding last Wednesday, Wednes-day, but on account of the cxtrcmo Illness Ill-ness of one of their granddaughters, only the Immediate relatives wcro Invited. There Is much Indignation among many of our citizens on account of having their chicken roosts pilfered. The officers hai been notified and we hopo that ho will be successful In cap-turclng cap-turclng the culprits. The railroad men of Richmond aro bcglnlng to stir. W. B. and Enoch Hunt expect to start to work with their three large outllts by tho llrstof April. Henry and W. S. Hendricks arc also getting their outfits ready for spring work. The Scandinavians of Richmond gavo a benefit party In their meeting house last Friday evening. Tho dance was a good "old time party" and while those present were engaged In the 1 Swccdlsh Polka" and waltz they almost al-most forgot that they wcro dancing on American soil, but felt as though they were back In their native lands. When the evening's accounts wcie footed up, It was found that they had the neat sum of $40, which was sent tho next day to Victor Johnson, who has been laboring on a mission In Northern Swcedcnfor the last two years.
