For the past week an eastern dairyman dairy-man has been in tho city investigating investigat-ing conditions hero for tlio establishment establish-ment of a condensed milk industry. Mayor Hansen's largo dairy interests and thorough knowledge of tho business busi-ness in the valley led the eastern man to lay the matter before him with the idea of securing his valuable assistance. assis-tance. The Mayor took tho matter under advisement and it is understood that ho will go carefully through tho matter to ascertain whether such an industry could and would prove advantageous ad-vantageous to tho promoters and the citizens of the valley. The proposed plan for the establishment establish-ment of the factory, is to organize a stock company with as much local capital as possible, and with Mr. Hansen Han-sen in charge.
