Notice Is hereby given tliat at a meeting of tlic Directors held on the 14th day or December, De-cember, liio:t, an assessment of 27 ots. per share was levied on the capital stock of the corporation, payable on or before January 20lh, 1U04, to the Treasurer of the corporation at Logan City, Utah. Any stock upon which this assessment assess-ment may lemahi unpaid on said day will be delinquent and adveitlsed for sale at public auction, and unless payment pay-ment Is made before will be sold on the 10th day of Kebiuary, 1001, to pay the delinquent assessment, together with the cost of advertising and expense ex-pense of sale.
