A SUMMARY We have given you in the abovo a truthful statement In regard to' the plant and now propose to summarize tho matter for you. All but 1,050 feet of the 7,500 feet of llumo and pipe Is already finished. Tile-contractors and workmen state that the remainder will be completed easily by December 1st. The lumber used appears to be first-class and the Job a flue looking one. Work on the power house has been begun and Mr. Cressal, the boss, says that the same will be completed by December 1st.
