Show SULZER VERDICT IS NOT EXPECTED BEFORE TUESDAY Albany, Oct. 12 A verdict In Impeachment Im-peachment trial of Governor Sulzcr probably will not bo reached before Tuesday according to tho general Impression Im-pression tonight. Court will not con-veno con-veno until 2:30 tomorrow afternoon, after which the rules for balloting and other procedure must bo decided. Tho court first will take up tho proposition proposi-tion as to whether certain testimony shall ho stricken out, and then will consider tho constitutional objections raised by Sulzer's counsel against the Impeachment charges. It was rumored tonight that State Senator A. J. Palmer, to whom Mrs. Sulzer told her story after tho governor gov-ernor was Impeached, would ask that tho case be re-opened and ho and Mrs. Sulzer bo Invited to testify. Senator Sen-ator POjlmer denied nny such Intention Governor Sulzer den'ed himself to visitors today. Many of tho governor's friends expressed ex-pressed tonight their disapproval ot his falluro to take the witness stand.
