Show WOMAN DROWNED IN LITRE BEAR Shortly after 9 o'clock Sunday morning, April 20, tho lifeless body of Mrs. Julia- Johansen Green, wlfo of Hyrum Green of Wellsvlllo and daughtor of Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Johansen Jo-hansen of Logan, was taken from the icy waters of Little Bear river at a point about one milo east of tho Wellsvlllo station. Tho body was discovered dis-covered by parties who had spent the entire night in Bearch of tho woman. From all indications death had occurred oc-curred soveral hours previous to the recovery of the body. Mrs. Green was a woman of cheer ful disposition and had always conducted con-ducted a model home, but following a severe illness of about ono year ago bIio had been weak and at times had suffered much pain and become despondent. des-pondent. Saturday evening, while hor husband hus-band was in town, Mrs. Green, in no uncommon manner, informed her hired girl that alio would run to a neighbors for a short tlmo. At onco an alarm was sent throughout tho town and scores of men and boys joined in tho search. At daybreak Sunday practically ovory man of tho town was out and a systematic Bearch was Instituted. Other than possible tracks of tho missing woman, tho first real cluo to her whereabouts was tho dls-covory dls-covory of her apron which had ap parently been carefully removed und placed upon a fonco.
