Dr, Walters was the assistant chem 1st nt the Utah Experiment Station Jur'ng tho years 1907 and 190S, and after recolvlng his dogree, ho accepted accept-ed a position as assistant chemist In tho Depormont of Agriculturo at Wdshlsgton, D. C. Leaving tho government gov-ernment servlco In 1910. Dr. Walters entered tho University of Callfornln and In 1911 no received tho degreo oi M S with a degreo of Ph. D. tho following year. Dr. Walters has written soveral scientific papers, and Is a member ot tLo threo largest Chemical Societies of America. Ho has accepted a position po-sition In Physiological chemistry In tho Bureau of Animal Industry, at Washington, D. C.
