Wo have hero endeavored to mako brief mention of tho new residences constructed con-structed during tho season of 1312, giving their approximate cost. Dr. 10. S. Budgo has completed a beautiful brick structure on East First North street, which ho has re ccntly moved Into, at a coat of approximately ap-proximately $8,000. Dr. P. O. Ko) holds, at 175 East Second North has completed a modern mod-ern brick bungalow at a cost of about IC000. J. W. Morrcll, tho clothing merchant, merch-ant, has spent about $4,500 on a neat little brick vencored bungalow Just north of tho Howell residence on North Second West street. John M. Cannon, near tho County Poor Farm, has constructed during tho past season a beautiful homo oi white brick and has Improved his grounds with barn and sheds, spending spend-ing In the neighborhood of $4,500. Alma Sonne, on Fifth North nnd Main has constructed a nice llttlo frame bungalow, at an expense of $2,500. Alexander Smith, the Star Clothing mnrnhnnt. has built him an $1800 framo house on Third North, between Main and First Eeast streets. At a cost of $1,500 Robert Crook-ston Crook-ston has built a neat llttlo ccmont bungalow on Second South between Fourth and Fifth West streets. . Ql H . J. Nielsen has erected a brick structure on East Fourth North at a cost of $2,500. John A. Crockett, tho abstractor, has built a $3,000 addition to his homo In tho Eighth ward. Joseph E. Wilson, Jr, tho cement contractor, has erected a cement vo- I neer addition to his homo on South First Eeast street at a cost, of about $3,000. David Jenkins has erected a two story brick building on West First North street at a cost of $3,500. On tho samo street Loyal Tarbot Is build ing a flvo room cottage. John Westover on Fourth West between Center and First North; Cla- renco Wayman, South on Fourth West, aro each building modern lit- : tlo homes.
