'uslc Rendered Before Stude.it Body and Visitors Wednesday Morning A rare treat In tho way of a spe- , clnl morning of music was given by tho music department of the Agricultural Agri-cultural College under the leadership of Prof. G. W. Thatcher, last Wednesday Wed-nesday morning. Tho program was arranged and conducted under tho personal supervision of Prof. Geo. Thatcher, head of the music department depart-ment of tho Collego and the entlro choir and full orchestra co-operated In tho rendition. Tho pleco selected was "Christmas Eve" by Niels W. Gado. Mrs. Llnnartz rendered tho solo work In splendid manner and many visitors from, tho city were In attendance. Tho opinion of all presont as ox-pressed ox-pressed later was that tho occasion wns a rare treat to all and reflected great credit upon tho students and directors of ho music department of tho Collego. Tho Rov. Bralnard of Ogden will deliver tho Christmas sermon at tho Collego this morning and special Christmas music will also bo given to enliven tho occasion. Tho townsfolk towns-folk are all Invited to attend tho services. |
