Tho road, according to tho plans submitted, will move Its wharves back from their present location In order to admit of the widening ot tho cannl to 650 feet. Then great coal pockets will be built to handle tho coal of Utah and Wyoming directly direct-ly from tho cars to the pockets, where It can bo loaded automatically on the ships nt dock. The most modern mod-ern mechanical contrivances will bo Installed for hadllng tho coal with tho least "possible expense.
