The fabric Is not Injured and the colors col-ors are not changed. The alum does not evaporate and tho articles thus treated remain moth-proof for years. It 1b suggested that a pound of crude alum in four quarts of waker would make an effective solution for employment employ-ment by manufacturers of woolen cloth, rugs and carpets. |
