Show I County Dads In Session I Elwell Deprived Of Allowance The board of county cqmmlssloncis were In special session Tuesday. The first matter to be taken up was that of allowing Isaac Elwell Jr. $.1 a mouth from tho county. The pament of such amount was suspended Indetin-ately. Indetin-ately. Joseph Bllckensderfer was granted his request for twenty-live cents a day raise In wages while working on the county maps and plats, this raise to take effect January 1, 1900. Henry Griffiths and J. G. Ricks ap- peared before the board and requested i that no work be done to open up tho new proposed Logan-Benson cut-oft ' road, but that such moneys as have been appropriated for this road be ex ; pended on the old county road. They were Informed that right-of-ways have been procured for this proposed road and that the project could not be abandoned. It was ordered that a set of maps of the O. S.
