Show Cacheites In Nevada Richmond People Find Some Good Ore. - - DEETII, Nevada, Nov. 2. II. T. Plant and John Olsen, of Richmond, Rich-mond, aro taking up some land in this Ideality and are thinking of making their homes here. Mr. Plant will remain here this winter, win-ter, while Mr. Olsen goes home and settles up their affairs, with a view of returning here in tho spring and locating permanently. Plant's and Olscn's ranches are situated on the south fork of the Humboldt river in one of tho most fertile spots of this part of the valley. They will confine themselves to raising produce and cattle, for which there is a fine market now. A. D. Hendricks and J. W. Stoddard, of Richmond, have discovered dis-covered a gold prospect, which promises to be of great value in the near future. The gentlemen last named have had experts examine ex-amine the prospect. They have' been offered a fancy figure, but have declined to sell. Tfiey expect ex-pect to put a larger force of men at work right away in the mine. The mine is situated about two miles and a half from thi W. P. and S. P. railroads, which will make it quite convenient for the shipping of their ore. We will say to our friends of Cache Valley, do not sit down idly waiting for something to turn up, but branch out. We .would gladly welcome our friends out here to this beautiful spot: DON K. k. |
