Show A few weeks ago the schedule time of arrival of the early morning train going north was changed from 7:30 to 8:15 o'clock. No notice of this change was or has been made and many people have been considerably discommoded One day this week the schedule time of the train due to leavo here at 2:20 p. ra. was changed to 2 o'clock, and as the train actually left at 2 o'clock, several people who went to the station after that time w,ere left. As a result people desiring to make connection with the main, line trains going north and south were compelled to remain In this city another twenty-four hours. Had the 07 S. L. oillclals ctrcd even a little about their patrons they would have given proper notice of the change In train arrival and departure and thus saved not a few people considerable annoyance and dlssapolntmcnt. Thr first Instance mentioned above was brought to the attention of the officials offi-cials 'in Salt Lake and they offered a sort of an excuse a lame one, but still an excuse, but what good reason can be given for tho continued refusal to advertise that first change? Unfortunately, Un-fortunately, the Cache valley public has no recourse, no means of retaliation, retalia-tion, no anything that can rorce the respect and consideration so frequently frequent-ly denied; the public must simply grin and bear It. But our old friend Harrlmanand his hired helpshouldn't get It Into their heads that they will alwajs own and manage the whole of northern Utah. |
