Show Death of Boy At Smithfield Charles Low Succumbs Unexpectedly; Was Popular Popu-lar Yonng Man. Other News Notes. 9 SMITHFIELD, Dec 6, A gloom was cast' over our lit-tlt? lit-tlt? city on Tuesday, night when the sad news that Charles Low was dead, reached our cars. His deatli was so unexpected by tho family nnd attendants, ns they thought the crisis was past. Charles seemed to be much improved im-proved for several days prior to his death, but without saying u word he just sank into unconsciousness, uncon-sciousness, and never rallied. Charles was a great favorite among his associates and had many warm friends. He was a strong, gay hearted boy and it seems impossible that death has claimed him. He had taken tho missionary course at the B. Y.and received a call for a mission while ill. Funeral services" will held today at' 2 p. m. , Mr. and Mrs. E. B. Lundquist are rejoicing over a hoy baby. Mrs. Mary Griffith; our genial postmistress, is nt her post of duty again after a severe case of sciatic rheumatism. , Lavon Kimball was too ill to attcml his school at the A.
