Show Consolidation Up Tomorrow Legislature Kills All But Park's Consolidation Consol-idation Bill and Then Rests. No Forecast of Result Thursday. Legislature Leg-islature Dines at university. The Agilcultural College Is safo for another day or two ut least, debate and action on Hie consolidation proposition prop-osition being deferred until tomorrow (Thursday) at 1! o'clock, For tliatdav Senator Park's bill proposing direct consolidation on one site is made tho special order. On Monday various and sundry measures relating to the college col-lege difficulty were killed, and the calendar cal-endar U cleared for action on Parn's bill. Yesterday afternoon, howecr, Senator Holllngsworth offered the following fol-lowing ameuchneiitio Park's measure: Sec. 1. ' The Agricultural College of Utah and the University of Utah arc hereby consolidated, but the identity iden-tity of each Is preserved. The University Univer-sity of Utah shall include a school or Arts and Sciences, the Agilcultural College .i School of Mines, a Normal School, and such othor colleges and schools as the Legislature may cstob-lMi; cstob-lMi; provided that tho Agricultural college shall bo located at Logan City, Cache County (tranches of any of the existing schools of tho Unlveislty may bo nialnfilned at Logan City, Cache Counyy, Salt LtkoCIU, In Salt Like County and CYdm City, lion County All rights, Immunities, franchises and endowments heretofore granted or confeiicd unto the Agricultural Collego Col-lego and to the Unlveislty of Utah ard hereby continued and perpetuated unto the University ot Utahk.nd Its several schools and colleges." There was practically nothing of Interest doing In the legislature legis-lature Tuesday, tho greater part of (ho day being devoted to a visit to the Unfvcrslty of Utah, where tho solons wero shown through tho school and given a well-prepared lunch.
