Mrs. Eardley, who lives In Hrooklyn, sold six lots In Flushing to Mr. Pritchard, Pritch-ard, Mr. Pritchard paid a deposit, and Mrs. Eanlloy signed n contract agreeing agree-ing to surrender tho lots to him for a certain price. Prices of Flushing property prop-erty hnvo Jumped up as much as 25 or CO per cent. In one dny. Mrs. Eardley heard of this, and her soul was sad, Sho called at Mr. Prltchard's office.
