And he was given the Information about the city ordinance and its strict enforcement. The police say that Great- Falls citizens citi-zens were unable 'for years to park their walks, and finally patience lacked virtue and a city council decided decid-ed to make It possible for those who would, to do. After the ordinance was passed, numerous arrests were made and tines Imposed. It took two years to convince the public that the city meant business and now there Is not more than an occasional offender. offen-der. As a result, the residence section of Great Falls Is very attractive in appearance. ap-pearance.
