Show NEW TRUSTEES FOR THE B. Y. C. I Amendments to the articles of Incorporation In-corporation of ttie Hrlgham Young College wore llled yesterday with tho county clerk as follows. Article I was amended by changing the following language of said article, towlt: "That the oillcers of said corporation shall be a board of trus tees, consisting of sov en (7) members, of which four(4)shall form a quorum," to read as follows, towit. "That the oillcers of said corporation shall be a boaid of trustees, consisting of cloven (11) members, of which live (5) shall constitute a quorum." Article 7 was amended to lead as follows: "It Is hereby declared that this Institution is orgaulcd as a college col-lege of learning and not tor pecuniary protlt; that It shall have no capital stock, and that its members shall consist con-sist of the President of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, or, In tho event of a vacancy In thai of-tlce, of-tlce, of the President of the Twelve Apostles of the said church, together with the duly appointed, qualified, and acting members of the board of trustees of tho said college; and that the members of said corporation shall not be Individually or personally liable for the debts or obligations of the said M corporation."
