Tomorrow evening the "Bell" Telephone Tele-phone people will give a reception at their line new building on Center street, Just west of Tub Rwuiilican olllcc. The local exchange lias been installed there for sovcral weeks now and affairs have assumed a settled condition that permits of Inspection. The new building Is unquestionably tho most up-to-date In tho city In the matter of construction, and In arrangement ar-rangement and cpulpment It Issuppos-ed Issuppos-ed to be as good as cities of this size ever get. The building Is fireproof, there being no wood used In the construction, con-struction, all lloors and walls being made of Iron and cement. The equipment equip-ment Is very fine, and all things are In such harmony that tho best artistic artis-tic effect as well us very line service is the result.
