An effort should at once be made to float the bonds in the east.. THE LIGHTING PLANT. Among the enterprises which should receive early and earnest attention during the present year is the proposed municipal electric plant. The people of Logan, eith er by their votes or their silent acquiescence, atmroved the movement last summer, and they are entitled to have their wishes carried out. As all are aware, thlong delay has been caused by legal obstacles, and the matter mat-ter at the present time awaits adjudication in the highest court of the state. In the meantime, there is a belief in many quarters that the bonds could be floated in the east without difficulty, even iu the absence of technical legal requirements. re-quirements.
