Agnlnaldo's Old Body Guard Surrenders. Aguinaldo's old bodyguard, Maor Alhambra, two captains, two lieutenants lieuten-ants and twenty-nine men, with twenty-eight rifles, surrendered at Baler, Ba-ler, Island of Luzon, to Captain George Detchandy of the Twenty-second United States Infantry Sunday, and took the oath of allegiance and were released. After Alhambra captured the President of Casiguaran, September Septem-ber 12th, Captain Detchandy and a detachment de-tachment pursued him closely. He would have been captured within an hour if he had not surrendered.
