Show Interesting Powder Horn Map, A map engraved on an old powder horn may lead to tho location of tho sites of several Cherokee Indian towns In western North Carolina, according ac-cording to the Bureau of American Ethnology at Washington. The powder horn Is a loan from Hugh Kirk, Newtownards, County Down, Ireland, und dates from about 17G0 when tho English wero beginning to open up tho Cherokee region.
