J, Kunkel, charged with poisoning his wife, returned -verdict of not guilty, and ICunkcl was released, Kunkel, who is a tailor, was accused of using poison to accomplish tho deaths of his first and second wives, and of his stepdaughter, and also of being responsible for the death of his 3-year-old crippled son and his father-in-law. Tho specific charge on which he wus tried was that of the murder of his Becond wlfo In September, 1808. |
