Taylor, of tho Stake presidency were on the stand. Singing, "Ws thank Thee, O tJod, for a Prophft." Prayer by A. J. Kans. Choir sang hymn on page 2$. Sacrament Sacra-ment was administered by Elders Samuel Taylor nnd Louis Gnrfl". Tho choir HiiiiK, "Dark wiih the Human Mind." Tho ollicurs of the Church, Stnke nnd ward were sustained by unanimous vote. The first speaker was Elder George E. Taylor, member of the High Council. He spoke of tho lnbord of the Elders in convincing the people of the truth of the Gospel. He referred to the blessings of tho lord upon the people; spoke upon the lnw of tithing mid dilated some on tho duties ot the lesser Priesthood among the Saints. Praised tho people of this wmd for tho improveuicntB iu and nround their hoases. Choir sang, "Zion Prosperous." President E Pnrtridgo addressed tho nssembly on the various subjects before the people leferring to the futuro of the youth of Zion. lie spoke of thn council given tho Saints by Prcs Brigham Young in his day. Related some enrly experiences in the church and this count! y nnd touched upon the progression progres-sion of the people. Urged the peoplo to pay their tithes nnd offerings. He pinyed the Lord to bless all. Bishop Cutler made a few closing remarks referring to some of his early experiences in this country and the different surroundings of the Saints. Said ho believed tho people wus undergoing under-going a revolution. Spoko of the law of tithing, also the needs of tho people and the labors of our missionaries in the world.
