Show Council Proceedings. Lchi City, Utah Sept. IS, 1803. City council met iu regular Bession, Mayor Willis in the chair. Pre.ent Glover; Allred, Taylor, Peterson, Prayer by counrilmen Peterson. Minutes of previous meeting read and approved. Report 'of pound-kecpor Witin was read and accepted. There-port There-port showed 20 animals had been impounded. Receipts, $12; expenses, 0; $G uirned oer. to Recorder. Tho report of the committee on streets and alloys was rend and adopted. It recommended tho expenditure of $200 on the streets this fall, under the direction of the committee on treets and alleys. Councilman Smith made a verbal report concerning tho ground above the cemetery rented to W. C. Hansen. Report Re-port waa accepted. The maybr read a communication from the Grantsville City Council wherein they asked all thlrd'class cities to aid them in carrying the cane, in re of collecting taics ootkide of settled portion of theircity and in tho corporate limit, to vhe 8uprm Court oi tho, state for a proper decision.
