A good pump and plenty of ho3"e, extension pipe and firif nozzle arc essential. The most experienced and successful sprayers in Utah are unanimous in the opinion that tho spraying should be con tinued throughout the season, at least up to August 25th. Cleanliness is tho first step toward disinfection All diseased trees are sources of great production' of worms and fungus. Sunlight is one of tho beat disinfectants. Iu order to catch all early insects it is recommended that all fruit trees be sprayed once with a combination of Bordeaux mixture and Paris green be foro blossoming and again with Paris green immediately after bloeaoms fall.
