Show Parental neglect is one of the worst misfortunes that can happen to a child. Hundreds of mothers allow their children to run the streets from morning till night not knowing where they are or what the' are doing and seemingly seeming-ly contented that they are relieved reliev-ed of the responsibility. The character of a child is easily moulded, moul-ded, and in the hands of older companions is plastic clay. It is no wonder, then, that hoys grow up to be wicked men. Children under no parental restraint soon reach a condition of destructive-ness destructive-ness that borders on vandulism. There would be better, boys and better men if there were better mother. |
