Show I ITO TO BE NO EXCESS REGISTRATION The faculty in its weekly meeting on Monday fonday night took a firm stand against the recent tendency of students students students stu stu- dents to register for more than the eighteen hours a week maximum It Itis Itis Its is s believed that there is a real danger in n this At present there is a University University University Uni Uni- regul regulation tion which prohibits the registration over-registration of students unless they have obtained a general average of five eighty-five during the previous se se- se This rule is to be vigorously enforced No exceptions are to be granted unless it be the case of a Senior who must take tale a heavy course coursen in n order to graduate As the rule has not been in force for four years' years time ime time this is only justice to the graduating graduating grad grad- class But aside from this it will be hard indeed for any anyone one but butan butan butan an exceptional student to work in more than thirty six hours a year Ambitious Freshmen desiring to rush through college in three years will find their way hedged with difficulties This is as it should be be and we y support the faculty in its stand |
