| Show regulations regulations governing deer hunting in kaibab this fall r forest rest supervisor walter G mann ra turned returned tuesday from prescott arizona where here he met with the arizona game and fish commission and helped yelped to work out a 0 plan for deer hunting this tall fall on the kaibab national forest the agreement between the forest service and the arizona game and ilah fish commission provides as follows 1 that the forest service will permit the hunting bunting and killing ot of deer within the boundaries of the kaibab national forest by the holders of 1929 hunting licenses issued by the arizona game and fish commission resident license non license 35 2 that each hunter will be permitted to kill hill two deer one of which may be a burk buck 3 that the season for bunting huntin gand and killing oj of deer under this agreement shall open october 1 1929 and close december 15 1929 4 that the united states forest service will require each person desiring to go into said kaibab national forest whether resident or non resi dent of the state of arizona tor for the purpose ot of hunting or killing deer dear to pay a fee ot at to reimburse the forest service for or expenses to be in ini burred by it in mailing malilong this agreement effective 6 that the abo united states forest service will administer and regulate hunting under this agreement with such operation cooperation co as the arizona gamo game and fish commission may furnish 6 that the game gama wardens appointed by the arizona game gain G and f fish 1811 commission and assigned to service in said forest during ane hunting season provided tor for herein shall enforce all orders of at the arizona game and fish commission issued in pursuance oe at this agreement and shall co operate cooperate with the forest service in the matter ot of enforcing all ru rules les an and d re regulations gulatt 9 ns adopted by the tha forest service regulating any hunting hereunder he rounder and in the matter of enforcing all laws and regulations governing the use nse of the kaibab national forest mr mann says that the rains on the kaibab are producing good growth of mushrooms and clover which are good deer feed and all the me deer should be in good condition this fall |
