Show Lincoln County Fair and Rodeo Clarence Harding, Agric. District No. 12 Chairman, announced this week the schedule of events for the upcoming 12th Annual Lincoln County Fair and Rodeo. This celebration will officially begin on Friday, August 12 in Panaca with the selection of the Fair Queen for 1977. On Wednesday evening, August 17 in LCHS Auditorium a 4-H sewing achievement display will be open to the public. Thursday, August 18 activities will include entering en-tering of exhibits in the morning and 4-H Horsemanship Hor-semanship achievement in the afternoon. Judging of exhibits will take place on Friday morning, mor-ning, August 19, then the exhibits will be open to the . public all day Friday and Saturday. Singles and doubles horseshoe tournaments will be held Friday afternoon and all day Saturday. Friday and Saturday evening the Kay Bundy Rodeo Company of St. George will produce a fast paced open rodeo with the following events: bareback riding, saddle bronc riding, calf roping, team roping, bulldogging, barrel racing, and bull riding. A 4-H sponsored gymkhana will be held in Panaca on Saturday morning. mor-ning. This activity will include in-clude 7 events, three age groups, ribbons to five places and an all around award for each age group.
