Show r Enoch & Midvalley 1 ' Phoenix recently to attend the wedding of Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Davis. Mr. Davis is Mrs. Taylors brother. They were accompanied by Mr. and Mrs. Grant Evans and Mrs. Myrtle Davis. Among those who went from this area to LDS Conference in Salt Lake were Bishop and Mrs. Alien Grimshaw, Bishop and Mrs. Garth Jones, President and Mrs. Steven Grimshaw and Mr. and Mrs. Vern Grimshaw. Grim-shaw. Mr. and Mrs. Ron Farn-sworth Farn-sworth and their family were in Salt Lake also for Conference. Mr. and Mrs. Richard Webster spent a few days at Snowbird recently on business. Mrs. Helen Jones and Mrs. Rua Jones spent one day recently visiting in Glendale with Mr. and Mrs. Marion Cox. They also visited in Kanab with a friend. Mr. and Mrs. Lee String came from Grandby, Mass. to visit with their children, Mr. and Mrs. Joe Wankier. The Wankier family live in the Homestead subdivision. By Veda Matheson Mr. and Mrs. DeVon Jones became grandparents again last week with the birth of a baby girl to Bob and Gerri Jones. This is the first baby for them. DeVon and Venita made a trip to Provo on Sunday to see the new one. Mrs. Linda Storrs and her small son spent part of a week here with DeVon and Venita Recently. The Storrs family live in Orem. Another new baby girl who came to live in the Valley last week was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Steven Monk. The Monk family are new to our Valley.' The baby was born last week at the Valley View Medical Center and makes them two boys and two girls. Mr. and Mrs. Justin Gray and children have enjoyed a visit from Justin's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Delmer Gray of Minersville, and from Noreen's mother, Mrs. Winona Gubler of Lund, Nev. Mr. and Mrs. Ivan Matheson were in Albequerque, N.M. part of last week on business. Mr. and Mrs. Bob Taylor and children were weekend visitors with Mr. and Mrs. R. J. Christiansen and family.
