The colorful flick concerns an establisntnent in which Mr. B. attempts at-tempts to supervise his staff of 16 improbable im-probable characters from various ethnic backgrounds. As soul music is piped into the outdoor facility and the first customers arrive, the operation succeeds despite the antics of his crew. On one particular summer day, a streetwalker hides out in the ladies-room ladies-room while Mr. B.'s college-educated son Irwin shuns his father's appeal to work in the office. Proudly quoting a handbook of Chinese Communist philosophy, Irwin opts to work alongside his father's employees j Cashier Marsha finds her day filled j with the amorous overtures of Mr. B.
