Samuelson and son Val, Mr. and Mrs. Mark Nilsson, and Mr. and Mrs. Cloyd Curtis, all of Salt Lake City, They were here to see the new son of Mr. and Mrs. Dale Curtis, blessed at Sacrament meeting Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Lynn Mitchell Mit-chell and their family have moved to St. George. Mr. and Mrs. Roland Anderson were here to help them. We will miss Lynn and Lona and lio(e they will be happy in their new home. Senator and Mrs. Ivan Matheson were in Salt Lake one day last week on business. They were accompanied ac-companied by their daughter Carolyn Jones who made the trip to take her little boy for a medical appointment. Mr. and Mrs. Jim Clark and family returned home after spending the summer months in California. Mr. and Mrs. Jim Park of Mi-Gill, Nevada visited briefly with Mr. and Mrs. LaMar Matheson. Also visiting here over the weekend with Mr. and Mrs. LaMar Matheson was their daughter Vicky who is teaching school in Hurricane. Mr. and Mrs. Lazlo En- drody were in Seattle, Wash. recently to visit with their son and daughter-in-law. Visitors over the weekend at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Dale Curtis included Mr. and By Veda Matht son Mr. and Mrs. R. J, Christiansen were in Springville, over the weekend to visit with Mr. and Mrs. Orville Gerrow and family and be present when the new young 'son of the Gerrows was blessed. The Christiansens were also in Montazuma Creek on the weekend of Aug. 20 where they saw their son Mark sustained as a Branch President. - Mr. and Mrs. LaMar Matheson made a trip to Panguitch last Wednesday to attend graveside services for Allie Judd Frost. They were accompanied bv Mr. and Mrs. Waldo Taylor of Pa rowan. Mr. and Mrs. Glendon Heaton were in California recently to visit with their children there. Mr. and Mrs. Douglas Grimshaw have a new baby lxy born last week in the Valley View Medical Center. Mr. and Mrs. Frank Scott have a new baby girl. Grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Elton Richardson and Mr. and Mrs. Wiliard Scott. Mr. and Mrs. Norman Budd and family have returned home after spending the summer in Parshall, North Dakota. Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Foote came from Las Vegas to visit with Mr. and Mrs. Jim Armstrong and family. Mr. Charles Isenhour of High Point, N. Caroline has Ix-en visiting here with Mr. and Mrs. John Stanskosky and in Bloomington with Mr. and Mrs. Gail Maxwell. |
