The citation accompanying the award read in part, "Captain "Cap-tain McCloud's' outstanding professional skill, knowledge, and leadership aided immeasurably immea-surably in the timely completion comple-tion of numerous 'complex projects pro-jects and in identifying and correcting problem areas. The distinctive accomplishments of Captain McCloud reflect credit upon himself and the United States Air Force." Captain McCloud was assigned as-signed to the faculty at Southern South-ern Utah State College in August Au-gust of this year and his primary pri-mary teaching duties consist of teaching the Professional Officers Course leading directly di-rectly to a commission in the United States Air Force.
