Show Dairy Stockholders vote for sale of company store At a meeting of stockholders stockhold-ers of the Southern Utah Dairy Company four weeks ago those present voted almost unanimously unani-mously to give permission of the board of directors of the cooperative permission to dispose dis-pose of the business. A sizeable representation of stockholders were present, 55, we understand with only three of them voting against disposing of the company. The board of directors can now go ahead and use its judgment judg-ment and sell if a buyer can be found. The business now consists of a well-stocked grocery gro-cery store with a meat department, de-partment, coupled with a frozen froz-en locker plant and cold storage stor-age room. Lee Savage, who has been managing the place of business busi-ness for several months, left on the week end for a trip to Oklahoma to visit relatives, and on his return, may be interested in taking over the business in one way or another. ano-ther.
