Indian students stu-dents at Cedar High School perform traditional dance in Thespian spon sored assembly held last week at the school. The assembly is one of three planned by the group during the year. CHS Drama Club active on Campus BY CINDY W1EBE The Cedar High School In-t In-t ernational Thesipian Clulb has certainly worked their way to the top of the totem ipole by their service to the school. . . Not only have they applied their efforts to clean the "C" on the hill and the , school grounds, but they plan to take the paint off the South wall that was childishly put there before the school year began. By way of contributing to the school spirit the club has put up posters and have made plans to get sweaters and sell ipom poms. . The International duty of the cluto is to inspire the use of dramatic arts in the school. In order to do this the officers of the club have committed themselves to do one assembly each quarter. The first talent assembly was directed by the club presi-dent, presi-dent, Lynn Bills. Terry Jackson, Jack-son, vice president; Cindv Wiebe, secretary and Bonnie Tullis, historian, all have an assembly on the drawing board., . The clulb has hcwn its devotion de-votion to its school and the public and hope that the townspeople and students at CHS will support their efforts. |
