Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to change and extend ex-tend water in Iron County, State of Utah, throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. Locations in SLB-&M. SLB-&M. a-5638 Edward G. and Mar-i Mar-i celline Rupprecht, 2636 Spear ' St., North Las Vegas, Nevada, propose to change the point of diversion, place and nature of use of 1.0 ac. ft. of water out of a total of 1108.8 ac. ft of water as evidenced by App. No. 15650-a (73-2051), and as amended by Change App. No. a-4323, Cedar City Valley Proposed Pro-posed Determination of Water Rights. The water has been diverted from a 16-in. well 297 ft. deep at a point S. 10 ft W. 1600 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 30, T34S, R10W, and used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 1 for supplemental supple-mental irrigation of 299.8 acs., but limited to the sole supply of .25 ac. in ESW&, NWM- NEVi, SEV4SEV4 Sec. 30; NE, SE14NW54, E12SW14, W-SEVi W-SEVi Sec. 31, T34S, R10W. Hereafter, 1.0 ac. ft of water is to be diverted from an 8-in. well 200-300 ft. deep at a point N. 1170 ft W. 800 ft. from Cor., Sec. 6, T35S, R11W, and used for domestic purposes of 1 family, and from Apr. 1 to Oct. 1 for irrigation of .07 ac. Water Rights. The water has been diverted from a 12-in. well 80 ft. deep at a point N. 80 ft E. 280 ft. from SW Cor., Sec. 6, T35S, R16W, and used from Mar. 15 to Nov. 1 for Irrigation of 9.5 acs. in SWUSW, Sec. 6, T35S, R16W. Hereafter, 2.0 ac. ft. of water wa-ter is to be diverted from an 8-in. well 150 feet deep at a point S. 433 ft. W. 1190 ft from SW Cor., Lot 8, Sec. 4, T36S, R16W, and used for domestic purposes of 1 family, and from Mar. 15 to Nov. 1 for irrigation irriga-tion of 0.32 ac. The water has been diverted from a well at a point N. 110 ft. W. 70 ft. from EM Cor., Sec. 5, T35S, R16W, and used for domestic purposes pur-poses of 1 family, and from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 for supplemental supple-mental irrigation of 55.80 acs., but limited to the sole supply of 43 acs. in NENE, SE&-NE, SE&-NE, Sec. 5, T35S, R16W. Hereafter, 0.73 ac. ft. of water wa-ter is to be diverted from an 8-in. well 200-300 ft. deep at a point S. 1050 ft. W. 930 ft. from EM Cor., Sec. 33, T34S, R18W, and used for domestic purposes of 1 family in NEM SEM Sec. 33, T31S, R18W. The remaining water is to be used as heretofore described. Extension No. 224, John M. and Raymond Lee Farrow, Summit, Utah, has filed for an extension of time within which to resume use of 903.40 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by W.U.C. 75-119 and 75-520, App. No. 28374. The water was to have been diverted from a 16-in. well 204 ft. deep at a point S. 493 ft. W. 303 ft. from EM Cor., Sec. 18, T34S, R9W, and used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 1 for supplemental irrigation of 232.10 acs., but limited to the sole supply of 225.85 acs. in SEMSEfc Sec. 7, SWSW Sec. 8, NWNW&, SW&NW-M, SW&NW-M, NWUSWU Sec. 17, NEM-NEM, NEM-NEM, SENE, NE'iSE1!, Sec. 18, all in T34S, R9W. The ! water was last beneficially used in 1958, an extension was granted from 1963 to 1968, and an extension is now requested re-quested to and including Dec. 31, 1970. Extension 225, John M. Farrow, Far-row, Summit, Utah, has filed for an extension of time within with-in which to resume use of 306.6 ac. ft of water as evidenced evi-denced by App. No. 12241 (75-34), (75-34), Cert. No. 3573. The water has been diverted from a 12-in. 12-in. well 203 ft. deep at a point S. 3893 ft. W 4636 ft. from NE Cor., Sec. 24, T34S, R10W, and used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 1 for irrigation of 95.30 acs., but limited to the sole supply of 76.60 acs. All uses in S1-NWy, S1-NWy, Ny2SWl4, Sec. 24, T34S, R10W. The water was last beneficially ben-eficially used in 1958, and extension ex-tension was granted from 1963 to 1968, and now an extension exten-sion is requested to and including in-cluding Dec. 31, 1970. T35S, R16W. Hereafter, 1.0 ac. ft of water wa-ter is to be diverted from an 8-in. well 150 ft. deep at a point S. 584 ft. W. 539 ft. from NE Cor. Lot 8, Sec. 4, T36S, R16W, and used for domestic purposes of 1 family, and from Mar. 15 to Nov. 1 for irrigation irriga-tion of 0.07 ac. All uses in Lot 8, Sec. 4, T36S, R16W. No. 4764. The water has been diverted from a 12-in. 12-in. well 203 ft. deep at a point S. 3893 ft. W. 4636 ft. from NE Cor., Sec. 24, T34S, R10W, and used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 1 for supplemental irrigation of 95.30 acs., but limited to the sole supply of 18.70 acs. in SHNW N!4SWU, Sec. 24, T34S, R10W. The water was last beneficially used in 1958, ! an extension was granted from I 11963 to 1968, and now an ex-1 , tension is requested to and including in-cluding Dec. 31, 1970. Protests resisting the granting grant-ing of these applications with reasons therefor must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 442 State Capitol, Cap-itol, Salt Lake City, Utah 84114, on or before Dec. 28, 1968. Box 74, Kanarraville, Utah proposes to change the point of diversion and nature of use of 0.84 ac. ft. of water as evidenced evi-denced by Dil. Claim 812 (81-704) (81-704) and 813 ( 81-705). The water has been diverted from Thompson Meadow North and South Springs as follows: (1) South Spring, N. 360.9 ft. W. 550.3 ft. from EM Cor.; (2) North Spring, N. 604.5 ft. W. 261.7 ft. from EM Cor.; both in Sec. 33, T37S, R12W, and used for stoekwatering of 30 cattle. Hereafter, 0.84 ac. ft. of water wa-ter is to be diverted from an 8-in well 100-200 ft. deep at a point N. 1000 ft. W 1160 ft. from EM Cor. Sec. 33, T37S, R12W, and used for stock- j watering of 10 cattle and from I Mar. 15 to Oct. 31 for supplemental supple-mental irrigation of 25 ac. but limited to the sole supply cf 0.14 ac.
