Show Michael Hulet Ward, Claudia Flandro Wed In Salt Lake LDS Temple Ceremony In a marriage ceremony that took place in the Salt Lake LDS Temple on Thursday, Thurs-day, Nov. 21, Michael Hulet Ward claimed Miss Claudia Flandro as his bride. The double dou-ble ring ceremony was performed per-formed by Elder Marion D. Hanks, an assistant to the quorum of Twelve Apostles. Following their marriage they were feted at a wedding breakfast at the Fontana by tne parents of the bridegroom, Mr. and Mrs Howard Ward of Parowan. Parents of the bride are Mr. and Mrs. Paul W. Gerald (Jerry) Ward, was best man and ushers were Richard Van Ausdal, Brent Betensen, David and Brian Flandro. The mother of the bride wore a lloor-length gown of crepe with a white camelia corsage. Mother of the bridegroom bride-groom wore a floor-length gown of pink crepe with a camelia corsage. The bride has studied at the University of Utah where she affiliated with the Alpha Chi Omega. Her husband, who has resided at 19S5-21st East in Salt Lake City, has attended College of Southern Utah and' i:; presently attending the U of U. They are now honey-1 mooning at Lake Tahoe, and will make their home in Salt Lake City. j In attendance at the wedding wed-ding festivities from this area in addition to the parents of the bridegroom were his sister,, sis-ter,, Mrs. James Miller and her three children of Cedar City and Miss Karla Hulet of Parowan. Flandro of Salt Lake City. That evening the bridal couple cou-ple greeted guests at a reception recep-tion at the home of the bride's parents. For this event the bride wore an original gown of Chantilly lace underlined with satin. Her fingertip veil was oi silk lace with a coronet coro-net of flowers. She carried a bouquet of white camelias surrounded by baby mums, with white satin streamers. I Attendants were Mrs. Jan A. ' Bagley, matron of honor; Miss Paulette Flandro was maid of honor; Mrs. Bryan Ethington, Miss Nancy Flandro, with Bonnie Kay Miller, as flower girl. Brother of the bridegroom, |
