I AMENDED ZONING ORDINANCE AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND REVISING THE PLAN-NING PLAN-NING AND ZONING ORDINANCE ORDIN-ANCE OF CEDAR CITY, UTAH. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission Com-mission as duly appointed and designated for and in behalf of the municipal entity, Cedar City Corporation, has made certain investigations, studies and recommendations re-commendations relative to that area on the west side of North 100 East Street with regard to the present use and future contemplated con-templated use and. WHEREAS, said investigations, studies and recommendations by said Planning Commission aforesaid afore-said deem it to be in the best Interest of the municipal corporation corpor-ation and the inhabitants thereof there-of to change the existing R3 zone area from the existing line at the intersection of 200 North and 100 East and running therefrom south along the center of 100 East Street to the presently existing ex-isting CCI zone line where same Joins and intersects in the center cent-er of 100 East Street immediately North of Lincoln Avenue to the Central Commercial zone use commonly known as CCI zone. THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of Cedar City, Utah: Section 1. That the following described area be and the same is hereby included in the Central Cent-ral Commercial Zone commonly known as CCI and as set out in the Revised Planning and Zoning Ordinance for Cedar City, Utah, and as passed by the City Council Coun-cil of Cedar City, Utah, on the 15th day of December, 1961, to wit: Beginning at the existing zone line at 200 North Street at the center of 100 East and running therefrom south to the existing exist-ing CCI Commercial Zone line where same is - set out and exists immediately north of Lincoln Avenue and running therefrom west along the presently pres-ently existing zone to the center cent-er of the block and therefrom north to the center of 200 north street to the center of same said street and thence east to the point of beginning. Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect twenty days after its publication or thirty days after its passage, or whichever of said dates is the most remote from final passage.
