Show Redmen Capture 2nd Place in Dixie Division j Cedar High School Redmen' basketball team, traili ig by 12 points at halftime, came back in the second half to down the Dix-- Dix-- ie Flyers, 43 to 39 to take over undisputed second place in the Dixie Division. The Redmen were unable to do anything right in the first half of play as they lost control of the ball time after time to afford af-ford easy shots for the visiting Flyers from St. George. In the third period, however, the Redmen came to life offensively offen-sively as well as defensively to begin the long climb back to the top and eventually went on to win the game. Midway in the third period the Redmen began to roll with Steve Cahoon leading the way with some fine outside shooting. A tightening zone defense held St. George out of the middle and they made a final spurt to come within three points of the visitors visi-tors at the end of the third period per-iod 36 to 33. In the fourth period the Red-men Red-men ran away from the visitors tying the score at 37-all then Roinj? on to win by the four point margin, 43 to 39.
