Show NEWS FROM NEWCASTLE Norma Christensen Mr. and Mrs. Clair Hulet returned re-turned from Las Vegas, Nev., to move their trailer house back there. Clair has found employment employ-ment in the Nevada city. Their folks, Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Hulet and family drove out from their home in Cedar City to assist them in the move. Mr. and Mrs. Dean Forsyth and family drove out from their home in Cedar Cit yto assist them in the move. Mr. and Mrs. Dean Forsyth and family from Cedar City were Sunday visitors at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Murray Harrison. Also visiting at the Harrison home this week were Mr. and Mrs. Elwood Harrison and family from St George, and Mr. and Mrs. Merrill Harrison from Henderson, Hen-derson, Nev. Mr. and Mrs. Darwin Hulet i and family from Santaquin, were week end visitors at the homes of their many friends and relatives. A few of their friends held an Impromptu party at the Russell Christensen home Saturday Satur-day night to visit and watch the Gene Fullmer fight. Mr. and Mrs. C. E. Hart returned re-turned home this week from Monterey Park, Calif., where Mr. Hart received medical treatment. They stayed at the home of their daughter, ' Mr. and Mrs. Vern (Mary Lou) while in California. Mrs. Mary Tullis and Scott Tullis drove to St George last! week where Mary visited her I ailing father, Duane Leavitt. I Mrs. Norma Thomas of Enter-' prise visited last week at the( home of her mother, Mrs. Casslei Christensen. j Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Reberi and son Clark Reber, of Mesquite were Saturday visitors at the( home of their daughter and her; family. Clark and his wife and! family are temporarily living in Mesquite while awaiting orders for their transfer to Germany with the U. S. Army. Mr. and Mrs. Albert HarrisonJ were Sunday visitors in Las Vegas Ve-gas where they visited their son, Billy, who is employed there. The Cedar City LDS Seminary presented the Sacrament meeting meet-ing Sunday, under the direction of their teacher, Bro. Gardner. It was a very fine program and all of the young people hed their parts well prepared. |
