Bids will be received up to 4 p. m. on the 11th day of February, Febru-ary, 1952 on the following: Approximately 24,000 linear feet 12-inch 7-gauge steel pipe, asphalt dipped. Alternate: Approximately 24,000 linear feet 12-inch 7-gauge steel pipe, asphalt dipped and wrapped with 23 asbestos. Each bid shall be made out on a bid form to be obtained from the office of the City Engineer, City & County Building. Bids are to be f.o.b. Cedar City at trench oite. Cedar City Corporation reserves the right to reject any and all bids or ro waive any irregularities irregulari-ties or informalities in any bid. Pipe shall conform to the specifications speci-fications obtainable at the office of the City Engineer.
