Show Cub Scout Pack Plans Picnic Wednesday The local Cub Scout Pack, which Includes members from Cedar City and Parowan, will hold a picnic on Wednesday, May 28, at 4 p. m. The group will meet at the Cedar City park and playground on the corner of Main and 200 North streets. Food will be provided pot-luck style, with each family, or boy, bringing some dish of food, and their own eating equipment. Drinks will be furnished. Parents are urged to attend with their sons. Some trucks will be available to transport the Cubs, but parents will probably want to use their own cars. Any parents interested in getting their sons into the Cub Pack are invited to come along with their boys and get acquainted with the Cub program. Cub scouting is the Junior division di-vision of the Boy Scouts of America Amer-ica and is for all boys of ages ! 8, 9 and 10 years. The Cedar City Kiwanis club is the sponsoring institution for the Cub Pack in .Cedar City, with Rev. Wm. Burton in Charge of the activity. |
