Show Democrats Win Majority In City Election With much scratching in evidence, evi-dence, Tarowan's voters in Tuesday's Tues-day's Municipal election did an about face from two years ago in the city election, and as a result re-sult three of the four Democratic Democra-tic party candidates on the ticket tic-ket were elected. The Democrats elected two councilmcn and the city treasurer treasur-er and the Republicans named one councilman in contrast to a straight Hepublican victory two years ago. W. Scott Mitchell and Leonard S. Orion, Democrats and Heber Curr. Kepublican, will be the new members of the city council and Eugene Orton was named as city treasurer In the surprise contest con-test A rather light vote was cast with very little interest being shown by party workers in getting get-ting voters to the polls.
