Tipsy Charges Get Eight In City Court Almost $500 was levied in fines during November in the Cedar City Justice court resulting from traffic violations, . drunkenness and parking meter violations. Appearing before Judge Rollo were eight persons on the tipsy count who paid a total of $290. Traffic violations amounted to $81.50. and $111.50 was brought in on parking meter violations. Answering the intoxication charges were Silas B. Brown, who paid $25; Jack Norton, $25; Ralph J. Arguello, $25; Willard Bush-head. Bush-head. $15; Ernest Murie, $100, and 30 days to be suspended upon up-on payment of fine; Clifford Bry. ant, $75; Arthur Tallahassee, sent back to his own Indian reserva-tion reserva-tion south of St. George, and Alfred K. Weston, Milford, $25.
