LaMar Clark, who was on the mound for the Cedar team gave up eight hits, six walks and fanned eight men. Davis, on the mound for Beaver, Bea-ver, fanned seven Cedar men while giving up seven hits and one walk. The loss Monday puts Cedar in the cellar position after Milford dropped out of league play. Three games remain in the northern division, with Beaver traveling to Cedar Friday, July 7; Beaver going to Fillmore July 10 and Fillmore coming to Cedar on July 15. Two wins by Cedar plus a win by Beaver over Fillmore Fill-more could result in a three-way tie for the league lead.
